These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at childcare-trust.org, operated by Childcare Trust (“CCT”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Childcare Trust is a non-governmental organisation registered in Nigeria, established in 2000, providing care, education and development services for children with disabilities at our Model Centre in Bwari, Abuja.

You agree to use the website lawfully, and not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems.
• Transmit harmful code, or interfere with the proper working of the website.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through our forms.

Donations are voluntary. Through the website you can make a pledge, which records your intention to give; your gift is then made by bank transfer in Nigerian Naira to the Childcare Trust account shown on our donate page. A pledge is not a binding commitment and you may cancel it at any time by contacting us. By transferring funds, you confirm that you are authorised to use the account they come from.

Donations are used to further the charitable work of Childcare Trust. As donations are gifts, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made with your donation, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to assist.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Childcare Trust name and mark, and images — is owned by or licensed to CCT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy. The content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.
